Vulncon is dedicated to supporting attendees travelling from abroad by providing an official invitation letter to assist with the visa application process. This letter is intended for individuals who require a visa to enter India for Vulncon 2025 and its associated training sessions.
Note: Visa letters are issued only after successful event registration.
Steps to Apply for a Visa Letter
- Vulncon issues only soft copies of visa invitation letters for Speakers, Trainers, Panelists, Volunteers, and Registered Attendees.
- To receive your visa letter, email us at contact[@]vulncon[.]in with:
- A scanned copy of your passport
- A screenshot or PDF of your conference ticket/registration confirmation
- Our team will process and send your visa letter within three (3) business days.
Important Notes
- Submit your visa letter request at least 30 days before the event.
- Receiving a visa letter from Vulncon does not guarantee visa approval. Approval decisions are made by the Indian Embassy/Consulate or relevant immigration authority.
- Vulncon only provides the invitation letter and does not issue any additional documents for visa applications.
- Vulncon cannot influence or intervene in visa application decisions.
