Can I register when I arrive at the conference?

Unfortunately, we only accept registrations online. There is no option to sign up on the spot.

How and where can I sign up for the conference and how much does it cost?

What are the payment options?

You can pay through payment gateway that supports a wide variety of payment methods.

How can I get an invoice?

An invoice will be automatically sent to you when your ticket is confirmed.

Do you offer group discounts?

Yes, there is a group discount of 5% of the total amount. The minimum attendee should be 5.

Where and when can I pick up my conference badge?

Everything including lanyard, goodie bag, program guides will be provided on the first day at the registration desk..

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

Sorry, but we don't offer refunds at VULNCON. You can transfer your seat to someone else.

Can I give my ticket to someone else?

Yes, you can transfer your ticket to someone else. You need to open a support ticket to transfer your ticket to someone else.

What will I receive after I've registered?

We will send you a digital copy of your ticket and invoice to your email once you've finished the registration process.

Do I have to arrange my own travel and accommodation?

Yes, you have to take care of your own travel and accommodation. VULNCON is only responsible for what's mentioned on the registration page.

Where is VULNCON 2024 taking place?

VULNCON 2024 will be held at the National Science Seminar Complex, IISc, in Bengaluru, India.

Do I need to bring my student ID?

Yes, if you signed up with a student pass, you need to bring your original student ID from this year. Photocopies won't be accepted. Part-time and remote students can't use the student pass category.

Where can I find the conference program?

The schedule for the conference will be posted on the VULNCON website 15 days before it starts. You can find information about the speakers on the VULNCON speaker page.

Will I be able to watch the presentations after the conference?

Yes, we will upload all of the talks and presentations to the VULNCON archive page after the event subject to speaker's approval.

Will I have access to session recordings after the event?

All attendees will have free access to the conference talks and presentations after the event. Specific details on how to access these materials will be updated on our YouTube channel subject to speaker's approval.

What's the plan for the day of the conference?

The schedule will be posted on the VULNCON website 15 days before the conference starts.

Will I get a certificate for attending?

No, there is no certificate for attending the conference, however e-certificates will be provided to the training attendees.

Do I need to wear anything specific?

No, there's no dress code at VULNCON.

Will food be provided?

Yes, we will serve lunch and tea / coffee on all training and conference days. Only corporate attendees will be invited to the VULNCON Networking Cocktail Party on the first day of the conference.

How can I sign up for workshops?

If you have a conference pass, you can attend the workshops and other sessions.

What's the difference between a corporate pass and an individual pass?

Both passes offer the same benefits, but only corporate pass holders are invited to the VULNCON Networking Cocktail Party.

When and where is the Networking Party?

If you have a corporate pass, you'll get an email with the details for the Networking Cocktail Party a few days before the conference starts. The party will likely start at 7:30 PM IST on the first day of the conference.

How can I find out which exhibitors to visit?

The VULNCON program guide will include information about the conference and exhibitors to help attendees find the right exhibitors to visit.

What language will the presentation be in?

The presentation at VULNCON will be conducted in English.

How can I provide feedback on the conference and sessions?

We value your feedback highly. You can provide feedback through our digital platform, drop your comments in our feedback form (will be shared after the conference), or email us directly. All contact information will be available in your program guide.

What emergency information should I be aware of?

For your safety, first aid stations are located throughout the venue. In case of an emergency, please contact the nearest event staff member.
