Divakar is an executive leader with over 17 years of experience in information security and cyber risk management. He built cyber defence capability ground up 5 times, hiring & nurturing high-performance teams for Banking & Fintech for 14+ years, E-commerce & Integrated logistics during the last 3 years.

Donavan Cheah

Senior Cybersecurity Consultant @ Thales

Donavan has over eight years of experience in cybersecurity, covering domains such as penetration testing and cyber risk management. He has been serving on the Vulncon advisory board since 2024, and has also spoken at conference in both Europe and Asia. He works at the forefront of securing agentic AI, as well as works on tools to automate cybersecurity compliance. Previously, he has also built a cybersecurity card game as part of cyber training, as well as helps aspiring penetration testers through his contributions on Vulnhub, under the digitalworld.local family of VMs. He is also a member of ISACA’s Emerging Trends Working Group, and co-leads the Singapore chapter of Threat Modeling Connect.

Anant Shrivastava

Founder & Chief Researcher @ Cyfinoid Research

Anant Shrivastava is a highly experienced information security professional with over 15 years of corporate experience. He is a frequent speaker and trainer at international conferences, and is the founder of Cyfinoid Research, a cyber security research firm. He leads open source projects such as Tamer Platform and CodeVigilant, and is actively involved in information security communities such as null, OWASP and various bsides and defcon groups.

Dhawal Shrivastava

Senior Security Assurance Engineering Lead @ Microsoft

Dhawal Shrivastava is a distinguished cybersecurity leader with over 15 years of experience shaping security strategies for startups and global enterprises. Throughout his journey, he has been instrumental in building resilient programs and driving impactful security initiatives across diverse environments.

Deeply committed to community engagement, Dhawal has led numerous outreach efforts that promote collaboration, awareness, and the adoption of stronger security practices.
