Upon registration, you explicitly agree to our Terms and Conditions, which we may update periodically. These can be accessed here.

• All rates are exclusive of taxes.
• Additional payment gateway charges may apply.
• All passes are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may substitute another attendee instead of cancelling. To proceed with substitution, please email us at contact[@]vulncon[.]in with a copy of your original event ticket. This substitution option remains available until 7 days prior to the event date.
• 100% advance payment is mandatory for registration.
• VULNCON reserves the right to cancel training sessions due to insufficient registrations. Attendees will be notified at least two weeks before the scheduled training date in such cases.
• Registration fees do not cover travel and lodging expenses. Delegates are responsible for arranging their own accommodations and covering associated costs for other available services.

Policy:

By registering for an event, participants grant the organiser permission to collect and process their personal data. This data (including participant's name, contact details, and business address) is used for accounting, billing purposes, and to inform participants about future events and activities. Read More

Usage of Information:

VULNCON may share personal data with third-party service providers engaged to assist in event operations (e.g., training, venue management, logistics). Information provided during registration or participation in events managed or co-sponsored by entities other than VULNCON may be shared with those parties, subject to their respective privacy policies. VULNCON will not disclose personal data to any other third party without consent, except as required by law.

General:

VULNCON reserves the right to modify, amend, add, or remove any of the above Terms & Conditions at its discretion and without prior notice. If any condition outlined herein becomes invalid, the remaining conditions will remain valid and enforceable. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors). The views expressed by event attendees, speakers, exhibitors, or sponsors do not necessarily reflect those of VULNCON. All individuals or corporations are solely responsible for the content of their presentations, marketing materials, and advertising.
