The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, timing, or location. If necessary, changes may be made, insofar as these changes do not substantially diminish the described benefits of the event for the participant. Vulncon shall immediately inform the attendees of such changes, at least two weeks prior to the actual training or event date.
Vulncon reserves the right to cancel the event in case of an insufficient number of registrations, changes in the availability of trainers, force majeure, or other unforeseeable events that render the execution of the event impossible and/or not worthwhile. By registering for an event, participants grant the organiser permission to collect and process their personal data. Vulncon may share personal data with third-party service providers engaged to assist in event operations (e.g., training, venue management, logistics). Information provided during registration or participation in events managed or co-sponsored by entities other than Vulncon may be shared with those parties, subject to their respective privacy policies. Vulncon will not disclose personal data to any other third party without consent, except as required by law.
During the 2 days of the conference, pictures and videos of the event activities and attendees would be captured by the organization team. This will be used with or without edits for multimedia activities like social media, marketing reports, blogs, short clips, etc. An attendee is permitted to use hand-held cameras and/or smartphones to take photographs and capture digital images for personal, non-commercial use, provided the photography is not disruptive. Photographs may not be published, sold, reproduced, transmitted, distributed, or otherwise commercially exploited in any manner whatsoever. Should you not wish to be filmed or photographed, we kindly request you not register for the conference.
Vulncon reserves the right to modify, amend, add, or remove any of the above Terms & Conditions at its discretion and without prior notice. If any condition outlined herein becomes invalid, the remaining conditions will remain valid and enforceable. These Terms & Conditions apply to all event participants (attendees, speakers, sponsors, exhibitors). The views expressed by event attendees, speakers, exhibitors, or sponsors do not necessarily reflect those of Vulncon. All individuals or corporations are solely responsible for the content of their presentations, marketing materials, and advertising.
