Vulncon Executive Security Circle

Security leaders, off the record.

Vuln ESC is an invite-only circle for CISOs and heads of security across India. Small rooms, candid peer conversations, and perspectives that help leaders make better decisions. Powered by Vulncon.

  • Invite-only
  • Curated
  • Chatham House Rule

Vulncon — a cybersecurity conference focused on core research, offensive security and practical innovation, bringing together researchers, practitioners and security leaders.

Why join

Why security leaders join Vuln ESC

01

Invite-only

Every member is verified. You'll know who's in the room before you walk in.

02

Peers, not panels

Roundtables bring a limited group around one topic, so everyone can contribute. Nobody is just an audience.

03

Off the record

Every closed-door gathering runs under the Chatham House Rule. What's said there stays there.

04

Decisions you can pressure-test

Bring a real challenge and compare approaches with peers who own similar decisions.

05

A direct line to practitioners

Through Vulncon, reach the researchers and red-teamers who see attacks first. Ask for a second opinion on a threat, a tool, or your next hire.

06

Between gatherings

A members-only WhatsApp community, where you can ask peers what they'd do before you have to decide.

How it works

Three steps to become a member

  1. 01

    Apply

Two minutes. Your role, company and LinkedIn.

  2. 02

    We verify

Applications are reviewed every week by the Vulncon team.

  3. 03

    You're in

Join the members' WhatsApp community and get personal invites to gatherings in your city.

Membership

Membership criteria

  • You lead security

  • Your organisation runs its own security function

Enterprise, BFSI, tech, manufacturing, healthcare, public sector and others.

  • Your LinkedIn says so

We verify the role on a public profile.

  • You can meet in person

    At gatherings across India.

The room

Simple rules that keep the room worth being in

  1. 01

    Off the record

Chatham House Rule. Never attribute what you hear.

  2. 02

    No pitching

Not in the room, not in follow-ups, not in DMs.

  3. 03

    Show up

Places at each gathering are limited. If you can't make it, tell us at least 48 hours ahead so another peer can take your place.

  4. 04

    Bring something real

Share the decision, the mistake and the number, not just the slide version.

  5. 05

    Respect the room

    Disagree with ideas, not people.

FAQ

Questions, answered.

Who is Vuln ESC for?

Senior security leaders who own security decisions at their organisation. See the membership criteria above.

What does it cost?

Nothing. Membership is free. Members bring their experience, and that's what makes the room worth being in.

How long does approval take?

We review applications every week and reply by email either way.

Why wasn't I accepted?

We keep the circle to people who lead security at organisations that run their own security function. If your role changes, apply again.

Is it confidential?

Yes. Every closed-door gathering runs under the Chatham House Rule.

Is Vuln ESC part of Vulncon?

Yes. It's a Vulncon initiative, run by the team behind India's practitioner-first security conference.

I work at a security vendor. Can I join?

Membership is for security leaders at organisations that run their own security function. If you'd like to support a gathering, contact the Vulncon team about a partnership.
